Section I: Products Eligible for Return

We accept returns of moving supplies, provided they meet the following conditions:

  1. The products must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
  2. The original packaging must be intact and in sellable condition. If the product packaging is opened or missing, the product will not be eligible for a return.
  3. The products must be returned within 15 days from the purchase date.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  1. Any items not in their original condition, or that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  2. Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Section II: Products Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  1. Moving Services: Due to the nature of our services, once your moving service has been completed, it is not eligible for a refund.
  2. Affirm Program Payments: Payments made through the Affirm Program are not refundable.

Section III: Return Process

To complete your return, please contact our customer service team at (provide contact details) with your proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

At the current time, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same item, please contact our customer service.
